Sylvie did several reiki treatments on me and each time I felt relaxed, lighter and more at peace. She helped me clear blocks in my different chakras and during one particular session my lower back felt like it received a deep massage. She never touched me so I knew it was the energy moving and releasing. It was so cool! And I admit I was sceptical at first but now I can say first hand it has worked wonders for me. Sylvie cares deeply for her clients and is excellent and this work, I highly recommend!

My session with Sylvie was my first experience with Reiki. I came in not sure if I really believed it would do anything, but the I was surprised to find how clear the impact was. Sylvie helped set a great intention for the practice, and then as we started the work, I could feel the energy moving around my body with such clarity, it left me with no doubt about the power of this modality. After the session Sylvie told me about the chakra points she'd worked with, including opening my heart chakra. It has now been a few months and the effects of that opening continue to unfold. ❤️
